  • I've been taking L-Carnitine with CLA and Fish oil. It has assisted with weight loss specially with my mid section. I've lost 3 inches of my waist.

There's no magic pill and you need to be active. You can't just pop this pill and expect weight loss. Diet and exercise...

  • can i also use this on the days when i am not training? Like after or before i go to eat or something, does it work then as well?

  • @MsCony79 um yeah i pretty much do I cant stand skinny people who have never been fat and fat people who talk about weight loss

  • Respond to this video... The amount of ATP in your muscles is NOT going to be increased to a point where you get energy to "get off the couch." If your in a fed state and on the couch and have a little extra body weight, I'd guarantee you have enough muscle glycogen and fat reserves to power you through a workout.

  • @Wymorej ITs a waste of your money people. Your not going to create energy and magically get motivated to work out. You have no control over your body's decision to use which substrate it wants to create energy from, other than the level of exertion your putting out through exercise.

  • For people who actually watch this guy, this is ridiculous. I'm honestly taken aback. L-Carnitine does NOTTT "create" energy! It shuttles fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane for oxidation. However, you already make L-carnitine in your body, and supplementation will NOT increase muscle carnitine!

  • Moderation, sense and sensibility!

  • These guys should take some l-carnitine

  • @silatlok9 Totaly TRUE . L-carnitine has an significant antioxidant capacity, that means it can clear up your blood vessels and determing their relaxation. That assure a good flux of nutrients and oxigen to vital organs. And it's a good choice if you want to lose some weight, combined with exercises of course. It transforms the fat in energy. It is known that the liver first prefers to transform in energy the glucose . The liver is a lazy S.O.B..
