I'm a bit injured in a few places so i'm gonna do body weight workouts at home while i recover. i'm taking it "easy", well easy for me. I've gotten to a point where i'm getting injured from heavy weight high intensity training in the gym. i'm slowing down for 1 week, and i'm making a 5 day workout plan while i'm at it.

  • You're young yet and you've gotta be careful when you workout. I'm concerned about you so take it easy like you said. Be safe, great bod.

  • @Ringreader yeah it's just pain on my upper back from squats without a pad, not really used to it. but i loaded a shit load of weight and did squats without a neck pad.. so my shoulder blades are a bit sore from a week ago. and my knee somehow was sprained, from doing nothing at all dealing with working out. just living and walking around. i guess it had enough stress on it. and i might be getting a bit of inflammation in my left lat. i'm gonna start doing lots more stretching and easy training

  • @Ringreader thats a good training split. its good your doing shoulders on a seperate day because if you go straight from a pench press to a shoulder press your probably gonna fuck your shoulders up if you try to go heavy.

  • How about another flexing vid!!!!!!

  • 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on 2 days off, should lessen chances of injuries. You are being smart about this, and doing great !!

  • Be careful, I'm sending you my best wishes of losing pain. But you know the saying; "No pain, no gain". But it's supposed to be a different pain. Take care.

  • You've got a long life ahead of you. Be smart with your workouts. Everything doesn't have to happen at once. That said, looking good.
