  • The kiai is wrong.. The first Kiai is 2 technics too late, and the second isn't there.. (Guess you know that by now:P)

  • I do the kiai there because Nishiama sensei tought me to. I try to follow the instructions of my sensei.

  • not the best version ive ever seen , stances are very high for shotokan, needs to be alot sharper, foot positioning is poor as well, but in saying all that i wouldnt put my version on here for all to see.....hope i didnt offend.

  • No of course not affense. I will train harder in order to improve it. Thanks for your comments.

  • So far no insults, I accept comments in order to improve my katas and doing so my karate.

    Thanks

    Martin.

  • Osu..you studied under Hidetaka Nishiyama Sensei?

  • i dont meen that to be insulting by the way, just read that and came out wrong, its an adaptation from traditional shotokan, just i think its a shame to loose the low stances and kymai that u see in the old katas like sensei kawasoe emphasises. thats my view anyway.

  • I forgot to mention earlier... but the power you put into this moves is really impressive.

    Oss from England!

  • hello brother,

Yes, I saw Frank Brennan, oss to him and oss to you for your respectfull comment. I will continue practising it to improve it.

    Thanks a lot.

  • Your version is very different than mine. You put a lot of power in your attacks but you lack the control of them. I think it's a JKA approach. However, there are a lots of extra movements you do.

Please check my version UK style taught by another great sensei which is Frank Brennan. watch?v=uaWNQc4eI7g
