If Scott Aaronson's words, and he registered them with the copyright office then he would be able to bring a suit against the producers for publishing his intellectual property. I don't know the exact law, but I do know that taking someones written words that have been protected is illegal.
This confuses me... It shouldn't have taken them 5 minutes to write a better script or at least edit Scott's to not be verbatim. Were they really that lazy, or that stupid?
