I make great dumpings but I never 'boil' them. I them soak in the stew and they slowly cook that way. They taste much better. In fact I've just had four very big dumpings. The ones in the vid are too small.

You should just put the dumplings on the top for the last 20 minutes, what a waste of pots and strainer

La verdad que me gusto mucho. Es una receta muy buena para el frio. Mi esposa es descendiente de Irlandeses y quiero sorprenderla con esta comida. Desde Buenos Aires Argentina los felicito por lo claro y bien que explican todo, son verdaderos cocineros, y el plato se ve muy apetecible, lo voy a hacer.
