Doesn't kieth richards remove the low e string though?

@gtnick314 you did mean the low *E* string right. Never mind the tuning keith uses. it's still a low E. in alternate tuning.

Great review because it simply goes from A to Z and you can really get an idea on how this guitar sounds. Thanks dude!

I did the same thing to my white one (Duncan Broadcaster and brass saddles). I also swapped in a Champtone Hot Rod Esquire kit, which also made a HUGE difference with the "neck" position. It's like a cocked wah tone now, and sounds amazing with gain. I love this guitar so much, I just bought another one.....sunburst. Just need a black one, and I'll have all three! :) Trying to decide on a pickup for the sunburst one at the moment. It's heavier than the white one by 2-3lbs!

@wisesatyr72 Still have it, and will never part with it. Best guitar I've ever played. Since the video, the only changes to the guitar are compensated brass saddles, and I swapped the Nocaster for a Seymour Duncan Broadcaster, and it is now perfect. If I get some time, I'll post another video with the changes, and my favorite amp. My '76 Fender Vibro Champ.
