Yes, if you look closely, all the carriages have footrests with end stops - the roof does get a bit hard after a while!

The larger the better but we try to keep it above 40ft, which minimises modifications to bogie side control and trailing truck clearances.

Great video, but the lack of audio is disconcerting, and, are the carriage (coach) windows blacked out - or are the just painted on on black? And why?!

Hi, I think you need to check your player settings - the audio is there - you can't have silent steam!
Carriage bodies are fibreglass mouldings, the windows are therefore opaque.
