@alphadeltaforce HTPB is acrylic enamel paint base. There is a catylist you can get to add to enamel paint that hardens it.

Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, or HTPB, IS the binder/fuel used in APCP.

WHy do you want HTPB?? Try APCP instead. This rocket motor is powered by the same.
