'''Ted Bell was the real deal.....If you had to compared him to anybody it would be Hall o Famer, Eric Dickerson...Ted had speed and power, and he didn't attend Michigan...he went to Michigan State...in all fairness to Maurice Clarett, who was damn good!!! But Mr. Bell was by far a better back had it not, been for his injury...he would be a Hall of Famer!!!...No doubt!!

My mom went to high school with Ted Bell. Not sure on stats, but she says he had a full sholarship to play for Michigan Wolverines. Unfortunately, in state championship game his senior year, he blew out his knee and never played again.

Supposedly better than Maurice Clarett, but I'd like to see more of him.
What were his measurables, height and weight?
I heard he went to Michigan State and got hurt, and the Spartans landed on probation for violations in his recruitment.
