@savedbyjesus84 .... maybe it's because it speaks to your heart. ♥ I think LDS music is touching a peaceful. And really for the most part you can't tell the difference between mainstream Christian music and LDS because they both mainly speak of God's love and our Savior Jesus Christ. Even when I was away from the church I listened to the music. I could feel the Holy Spirit in the room with me. And oh, what peace that brought me.

There are so many uplifting and powerful thoughts in this one song it is amazing! I love EFY music ever since my first one in 1999. I remember listening to this song on the way home from EFY and not understanding it completely. After a few years of study and preparation I served a mission and it made sense! It only become more powerful now that I am off my mission because His power is real it still moves me until I am not still! Jesus Christ LIVES! Through Him we may live too! God Bless ALL!

I returned from 2 years of missionary service exactly 4 years ago, on Jan 24, 2007. I hate EFY music, but listening to this song brings back so many memories from the most relevant and impactful years of my life. Unless you experience it it's hard to understand, and even if you do experience it it's hard to convey with words, but all I can say is that during those 2 years I came to know the Savior and his truth by myself, and I'll be eternally grateful for that.
