  • where can you get this plane?

  • @9dxfan Captin Sim

  • Nice! But, I can't tell but I don't think you feathered those props! If you feather the props to be more steam lined then they will get more airflow and you will be able to glide farther. 5/5!

  • Ya but if i glided much further i was afraid of going under the bridge! Thank you for the comment!!! =)

  • Great video, was that from Captainsim.

  • Yeah one of my favorite add ons!

  • Does fsx have Free Roam like GTA and stuff or do you gotta do missiions the whole time?

  • On a different note, with that much fuel (looks like a full load of 66K) and the aircraft weight you're looking at a gross weight of about 146K (assuming no cargo). At 3,000 feet (where you shut down all the engines) you honestly wouldn't get that much of a glide out of the bird... especially with 2 props windmilling. Definitely would be much more than -600 FPM. An engineer would have a heart attack if he saw how that overhead panel was setup. ;)

  • Interesting that the simulation pulls the condition levers to feather automatically when you pull the fire control "T" handles, and then resets them to run when you push the T handles back in. Of course, these are not inter-connected in the real world, and simply pushing the T handle back in (and its corresponding condition lever to "RUN") will not make the propeller come out of feather and begin to windmill....as it shows in this video.

  • is the water landing default on that aircraft

  • awsome vid how did u do that by the way i mean landing in the water for me its imposible!

  • im sure you can fy with 2 engines

  • Beautiful plane , even poetry but wet , wet wet ! jiji !...Nice video !
