Roofers. Matt and Dan of BBC One's Rogue Traders get uncomfortably up close and personal with Bob Hill, the boss of Slatex Roofing of St Helens, Merseyside. Our elderly actress calls him round to fix some minor roofing problems. Bob's as nice as pie when he's trying to sell her a whole new roof that she doesn't need. But when he's challenged he soon changes his tune. Matt, disguised as Jimmy, takes Bob on, and sparks fly.
