Pictures of our trip to Ukraine to adopt our daughter. We returned in March and brought Karina home on April 16th 2008. There are so many beautiful children in need. You will never be the same after experiencing these beautiful children.

Our journey has not been so rosy esp with the exhorbhtant payola to Ukranian officials the dark side of adoption. Readers should keep this in mind. Psychologicallw this is devasting.

you are very lucky to have been able to adopt karina. and you are very right. you will never be the same after experiencing time with these children. i was lucky enough to meet eight of them and so i know how easy it is to become attached. congratulations to you for getting karina and i pray for the best for you and your family.

Congratulations on your adoption of Karina.
As a fornmer missionary to Ukraine working with children i know of the need of more people willing to adopt the children there. I will be there all of July working with the children.
