Metallica - Carpe Diem Baby
I remember when I first bought Reload... it took WEEKS before I finally heard the rest of the album, because every time it got to this song I would end up repeating it, because the lyrics and guitar are so goddamn awesome.
NO SOLO. Seriously... not only am I a rhythm guitarist... but the solo for this song is kinda boring (no offense, Kirk). I biffed it in a couple places through the song, and the backing track could've been turned down even more, but I think it's alright as is.

@kmlabs thanks, bro. i'd honestly prefer to put EMGs (85/60s or 81/60s) in my KE3s, but just haven't been able to afford it. i'm pretty happy with the Duncans until then; i think the JBs about the best passive you can get.

this is awesome. i had the exact same exact problem when i got reload...i kept listening to carpe diem over and over and over again especially the first part of the song leading up to the solo. keep up the good work
