George Holly performs the Alaska Flag Song at the Elizabeth Peratrovich Day celebrations in Juneau Alaska. The Territory of Alaska led the United States of America in the Civil Rights movement and recognition of minority or indigenous people. Years before Martin Luther King Jr. there was the Alaska Native Brotherhood and Alaska Native Sisterhood leading Alaska and America in Civil Rights. It is my great honor and privilage to repesent the ANB as its Grand President.

Tears come to my eyes every time I watch this. George is incredible, I wish I knew the non-English words, but at some level I understand them anyway. I feel so privilege to be a witness to this and be able to share it.
