i personally think that the colors are to bright, and resemble WoW too much.

No it's called having an opinion. Not all of us roll-over when we're told to. If we don't like something we stand up. Diablo 3 looks like a fucking cartoon. All the twelve year olds are happy but the Diablo veterans are not.

@Crackmandan How the fuck is that a fact? Pretty much the entire diablo 3 team is based off of passionate fans like us. ALL blizzard cares about is thier fans, they are the most community oriented game developer out there. You sir need to know the difference between fact and ignorance.

4 Years later and all i hear is "We Want D3 release date!!"

I have played both the previous diablo games and loved them but i welcome this change. There is still mood in the game through sound but atleast now it looks nicer then a bland looking landscape. If you dont like it thats fine, but many of us diablo veterans do so go cry about something else.

im in the beta .. they only seemed to show the lands above the dungeon crawls.. and the first act is dark as hell with tons of zombies... and then the cathedral is all gothic... why dont people just look past their noses

@ocarina2boy I've tried explaining this to my best friend who works for Blizzard. His tone of voice and attitude torwards the obvious (as in fact) change in graphics is telling me that Blizzard simply doesn't care anymore. They've accumilated a fat cash cow in W.O.W. and now that they know what "formula" reaches maximum sales they simply don't care about artistic integrety. Anyone who defends the graphics saying things like, "it's so everyone can enjoy the game" is deluded. This is a fact.
