this sounds like an out-take from their 1982 album, A TASTE OF YESTERDAY'S WINE. I'd never heard it until now.

I listened to the audio clip of this song on the HURTIN' cd and it has a younger Merle Haggard vocal circa early 1970's instead of the early 1980's vocal we have here.
