Oak Hills Research Digital Dial DD-1 frequency display connected to Ten-Tec T1380 QRP transceiver. Stations received are K2MMW, KC9MNU, K8MPH, K5YAA, KA2PJO, K8JD, W4RK, N5PHT and K7MOA.     Not only is it good brain training, but QRP CW operation doesn't require more than a couple kg (or pounds) of gear and a piece of wire. Great for portable op's.

  • Good to hear CW is still alive....but some were so slow I could barely decode them ;-)

    Thanks. Your homebrew projects are woderful. Anybody reading this, if interested in ham radio homebrew construction, should go visit N9SKN's YouTube Channel and also his website! His "World's Largest" Norcal Sierra and Progressive receiver are very fine rigs!!
