i was there, the greatest week/moment of my life, everyone was hugging each other whether you knew them or not, ive never felt an atmosphere like that, it is one thing every AFL fan has to do before they die, P.S. GO EAGLES!!

i was at this game and was totally numb as a swans supporter however in a way because of the close rivalry between these two clubs over that few years it's only fair that we come away with one flag each - if only i hadve gone down to melbourne for 05 instead of this one lol

I was there in 2005 as well so I know exactly the numbness you mean. It was a great rivalry between the two clubs that I think the whole competition appreciated. To end up with a flag and a Brownlow each was only fitting.
