YSR 50 to YSCR 250 motor swap

First firing of motor since in ysr chassis. Eddie sanders motor (ported polished big bore etc...). Haven't shot video of riding it yet due to weather, but i did ride it today and even though it's rich as hell and kinda runs like crap i can tell it's going to be scary once tuned. So much work left to do, but i hope to have it done for moto-gp weekend!

There isnt a expansion chamber. i made the head pipe from a 400ex pipe and then used a fmf arrester. I d/l'ed software to build a pipe then crashed the hard drive it was on :( it does 60 running like total dog shit lol. what size wheel sprocket are you running?

dude, i thought i was the only one! i found this ysr frame on the dump. have had a tuned moped motor in it for some time but i resently baught a rm250 2stroke! i was looking for 80cc maybe 125 but this was the best deal! :P... video up in this munth if everything works :)

@calirapqueen The motor weighs little more than stock 49cc ysr motor. The weight will have no effect on the frame, yet the power will certainly destroy this frame in time. I currently have an expansion chamber on it and it's better yet still quite rich. Last time i ran it i hit nearly 100mph so if i ever have the time to get it tuned right it's going to be rediculous.

It looks like there is no expansion chamber. Who made the pipe? Did you GPS the speed? I have a YSCR250 too.
