its actually the can you lift me away parts the single voice you here is raoul and right at the end he is joined by the others.
cos this is a fan tribute thing, it isn't a live performance so you can't see him doing the actual solo. if that makes sense.

On the cover of the CD called Free the credits say he is doing the solo onthis song.
Also, 92lotrklan confirmed that.
