I just started this program. Did chest and biceps on monday. Did back on wed. This workout works. My weight has gone down by using this method due to slow negatives and explosive movement. unlike other workouts, i CANNOT workout more than an hour doing dorian yate's. with proper nutrition, sleep, and his 6 week program, u will b ripped. this is only my 1st week and im sore as hell and i c a bit of transformation. go out and workout ppl!
Yeah but the thing is is that you should only do so many sets per body part and with the splits he sets up its pretty well put together to avoid over training that muscle
@imaseaturtle im not sure about the amount of sets though for some exersizes he recomends only a warmup set then a all out to failure set, i always feel like i get best results from around 4 sets on most exersizes.
Agreed, I started this routine a week ago, a week after the videos were released and all I have to say is holy shit...much easier said than done. I have never trained with so much intensity in the past couple of years and just watching the videos you think oh okay I already know this stuff but once you really focus and apply it properly, best workout ever
I think he's telling Chris those things because this is an educational video. The person that is actually performing the exercise (Chris) knows what is going on, but if Dorian didn't say things like that then this series wouldn't be much help to people that are trying to learn.

it`s overtraining and with this regimen it is impossible to work more than an hour

@crazykorean2268 If you are new to weightlifting, you will see gains regardless. This is more of an advanced workout than beginner.
