I bought a new fan today and it was making a loud noise. i later found out it was because it was it was spinning at 5000 RPM (FAST) And this is a program that can lower the speed of the fan. This is pretty cool. speed the fan up when playing games for cooler cpu. and slower if your on the net or something easy.
