Better fatality:

Rain summons water to his arms and sends it rushing to his victim, down their throat. He pumps their body so full of water that their body begins to swell. A closeup of their eyes shows them turning bloodshot and bugging out in pain. Small streams of water start to burst from their body, and eventually it causes their eyes to pop out and water to pour from them. It ends with the character simply ripping apart and a mixture of blood and water flies out, "raining" down.

This sucks, it;'s gruesome, but they could of thought of something WAAYYY better,i mean, water making legs twist? And a water sword? How about this:

1. Form a giant ball of water high in the air

2. Kick his victim high in the air and now they are in the ball, victim tries to escape water

3. Lightning bolts suddenly flash around the battlefield and into the water ball

4. Enhances shock to victim, suddenly killing them

Not to be modest, but I think that's way better than this.
