  • @perfectparodys whats up man,

    a good way is get in the gym and lift weights after that drink protien with 20+ grams. youll need to start running each day around 4 miles and youll start gaining weight, I do this everyday but sunday and im 5 10 and weight 205 and a OL DE FB and RB when needed and i run a 5.3 as a sophomore, im not the fastest but im one of the strongest, what you want to do also is do 100 push-ups in the morning and at night and do the same with sit ups, build a nice core

  • Great running. Way to give in the extra effort. Give some credit to your blockers though, they did good.
