Clifta's Journey Back- Workout #1- Legs

Clifta Coulter Perez, Reno Personal Fitness Trainer, Competition Coach, & Natural Pro Bodybuilder, gets back in shape after some time off.
This is the first leg workout since September. Boy, did my legs get sore!!!

Natural Pro Bodybuilder's Leg training on Jan. 23, 2012.

Follow Clifta's Journey back to getting in shape. Pro Female Bodybuilder, Clifta gets back to the gym after taking 4 months off. Watch her muscles grow and get big while toning and firming up at the same time. Clifta is INBA Natural Ms. Olympia in the bodybuilding and physique divisions and hasn't decided if she wants to compete in 2012. Stay tuned and watch her journey. :)

  • You always give me great exercises to add into my workout routine. I will have to try the bottom half stiff legged deadlifts. You already look "in shape", lol...have fun on your journey.

  • @krystalmonday Thank you. Nope, no workout with weights. Just whatever I do with my horses. Mine goes away fast too. I've lost alot of muscle, but it will come back fast. Once you have it... if you take time off... when you start back again... it'll come back... muscle memory. :)

  • @krystalmonday Yes, for me it's the BEST Butt exercise as long as it doesn't bother your low back. The bar that I was using is 45 lbs. No, it's best to start off light when you're first starting these. Make sure that you're using your glutes and know how to feel it before you go up in weight. Maybe start off with 20 lbs... and see how that goes. Try 2 or 3 sets of about 20 reps. I bet you'll get sore. ps... did you see my chest video with the explanation of the sets and reps?

  • Great video Clifta.  I'll be following along with u for sure. Question...I love organic blue corn chips with flaxseed as a treat (archer farms brand - blue corn, sea salt, flax, sun oil, lime) - 14 chips 140 cal, 7g fat, 18g carb). Should I stop eating them if im on a journey to getting lean? I hear a lot that corn period is the enemy.
