Belzebuub's book on astral travel and dreams is a wonderful reference guide to the out-of-body experience. Belzebuub teachings are clear and straightforward and based on many years of experience both practicing and teaching so they really work to help people who follow the book to get their own out of body experiences.
Belzebuub is a deeply insightful mystical teacher with a knowledge that is so rare today. This book should be essential reading for anyone interested in mystical and spiritual experience.

In the relatively distant past I'd spent many hours and much effort failing at astral projection. I could barely even remember my dreams, and thought that astral projection was just a figment of people's imaginations, so I was surprised and excited to find that after trying the exercises in this book I started to get success and experience the astral for myself!
This guide gave me what other websites and books about astral travel did not. It gave me down-to-earth, practical and very effective techniques to explore astral travel and lucid dreaming without a lot of overwhelming and complex theory. It takes you step by step through building competent skills to experience the astral right from the beginning, shows you what to expect, how to deal with it and also has a lot of helpful Q & A from people who have taken these lessons previously.
Through showing me how to build the right skills, I was able to get astral experiences, learn that other dimensions really do exist, and that this is something we can objectively prove for ourself rather than relying on what others say or think. This book shows you how to access knowledge that will enhance your life in so many different ways, and gives you tips and techniques to prove that what you're experiencing is true and real and not just a fantasy.
One of the best things I found about this book is that you're not just expected to believe what is written, but you're encouraged to go out and investigate for yourself, and then shown how to do this. And then it's just up to you to follow the course and do the exercises and experience Astral Travel for yourself!
Highly recommended to anyone who wants practical techniques rather than lots of theory. And don't give up if you've never managed to experience the astral. I hadn't no matter how many times I tried until I found this guide, because never before in all the books or techniques I read had I been taught the fundamental basics for projection - why it works, what stops it from working (and how to overcome these obstacles), and how to build your skills to get the best possible results. You learn that everyone can experience astral projection once they learn how, and that it's not restricted to only gifted or 'spiritual' people. Give this book a good go and you won't be dissapointed!!

@TheFunkybooboonutz1 I just had a look too and can't find it now either. Check out the 'free spiritual ebooks' page on Belzebuub's website - he is releasing all of his previously published books as free ebooks, and that this one is no longer available in stores makes me think the astral travel and dreams book might be the next free ebook to come out!

@davidg369 yeah he did mention it was coming out as a free ebook. i ordered the 2nd edition for now. was only 8 bucks so thats not that bad. new to this whole thing and been practicing the last fe nights. last night i felt i was close things got real intense and there was an over whelming fear with it too. battle through but couldn't go all the way.. feeling confident i will get it so i will just keep trying and be patient. maybe i'll see ya in the astral plane one day. :D

@TheFunkybooboonutz1 The second edition is still really good, it has a very similar structure to the 3rd edition, just with a little bit less information, and less in the dream guide etc. Sounds like a good start you're making! If you start getting sensations just ignore them (easier said than done I know) and keep focussing on your practice, that can help to get through them. The fear you'll get past when you see with some practice there's nothing to be worried about.

I too have the book "A course in astral travel and dreams." And I've found it to be extremely practical, by carrying out the techniques in the book I've been able to have many out of body experiences which have been truly magical !!!
The dream symbol guide in the back is also really usefull as a starting to point to getting to understand our dreams ourself.
Although there's ink printed on paper, this is more than a book. I would recommend treasure to anyone.

@clarkusaurelius Definitely, the dream and number guide in the book is really useful! I like too though how the emphasis is learning how to interpret our own dreams and experiences rather than having to rely on someone else to interpret something that might be very personal to us.
