Have you looked into thermal image concealment?

I will be taking a couple of samples to a FLIR device in Portland Oregon. I will let you know the outcome. I am guessing that the ghillie made with "plastic" fibers will do better than burlap. What do you think?

Don't dye it black, dye it navy blue. Black gives you an outline to your shadow in the dark, navy blue doesn't.

@alabama185 Try your local Wal-mart, Target, Micheal's or any craft store. In Wal-Mart go to the fabric and sewing sections and look for Rit clothing dye's, they are also online. You could also just build the suit and spray paint it to match your surroundings. Always use like colors and keep them as muted as possible. Like drab colors, olive, forrest, etc.. Tan, beige, light brown, etc.. Hope this helps
