The former residents moved to Washington or Oregon and brought all their problems with them that they wanted to leave behind....

The house sold for $418,500 in 2009. and the estimated value today in $435,000 Not too bad for a home that's only 1,000 sq. ft.

If prices keep falling in California maybe I will buy a second home. Making sure of course it is East of the San Andreas fault line.
