@MarcellusTheGreen His name is Kelvin Chen Wei Lian. He's one of our local Singaporean singers and he is the only blind contestant to win a singing competition called Project Superstar. He is still alive, though.

P.S.: Teresa Teng who originally popularized this song, died I believe a few years ago. I think she was only in her fourties; so sad a loss.
