A great day on the water. Fished for nobody but myself. Caught many (and missed a few more) Browns and Rainbows using everything from #24 Tricos t0 #4 Shenk's Streamer. Couldn't complete the slam with a brookie though. The Run was crowded as usual and the main stem a little off color. The Trikes were sporadic at best and only got a few small browns along the edges interested. Midges above the dam (as usual) accounted for two browns... All fish were stocker holdovers but were starting to show some nice color. A hog sized Rainbow in The Run along with a pretty nice Brown at the end of the day on Ed's white streamer. A wonderful way to celebrate my 45th birthday! No cell phones either.... Recalling many days past onstream admiring the handiwork of the Almighty. See ya on the stream. JG
