That's a nice theory but I'm afraid it doesn't work. That book was the whole reason I tracked this video down. And if you think about it, if it was so damning, it wouldn't be impossible to have it pulled from the intertubes.

Why are you talking like we're Americans? We don't have a "popular vote" for our Prime Minister. Notice how we don't even have a President? We vote for local representatives called MPs. The leader of the political party with the most MPs becomes Prime Minister. If parties join to form a coalition with a majority of seats, then the leader of the coalition becomes Prime Minister. Liberal + NDP + Bloc seats > Conservative seats.
Anyway, Dion will probably be gone soon. Be quiet.
