It's a very good exercise, but how do we know that really was Stu's hand?

@shythunder80s lol that's not Stu's hand, that's my hand. I think you might be trolling me, and if you are, that's hilarious. I learned the exercise from Stu's old instructional video, "Slap Pop & Tap for the Bass". They've reissued it on DVD and you can rent it from Netflix now. LOL

It is if you do it right. When you start off slow, you're supposed to pause and bend the fingers as far back as you comfortably can, then you build up speed. Sorry if I forgot to mention that. You should definitely feel a pull when you're stretching them back.
