Whilst Degrelle did indeed claim that that the character of Tintin was based upon him (self-publicity ?), Herge rejected this, as have all investigations in the field of Tintinology ever since. Whilst in his early years, Herge was brought up to believe in the politics of the far right, and in this capacity worked for the same newspaper as Degrelle, in later life he utterly rejected his earlier beliefs in favour of what one biographer has called "the Liberal Left".

I get what the Poster is saying, looks like he doesn't speak English as a first language. I think the point was that Rome maybe Martial and Neofolk but they distance themselves from fascism, and the poster is only acknowledging the heroism of Léon Degrelle and the Waffen SS, which Nazi or not were forced to do superhuman things.
