Public Safety Officials Ignore Smoke-Free Illinois Act Violations in Bloomington, IL

This video shows more evidence of Smoke-Free Illinis Act violations being ignored by Bloomington, IL Public Safety Officers. Clearly, this lack of enforcement errodes the public confidence that the laws in town are being equally enforced. When ordinary citizens see groups of people being allowed to break the law with no citiations, and yet, these same officers would sit in radar traps and ticket speed violators to raise revenue as well as for public safety. In this video, the community loses both, no revneue, and no public safety protection. Why is it we seem to see this lack of enforcement at the bar venues in particular in the downtown so frequently?
