@mikee8728 It's harder than it looks to do without guessing. There is a very small sweet spot (about 1/3 or 1/2 screen away) where it's close enough to hit, but far enough to give you time to react to the fireball. Once you advance to this sweet spot you then have to wait 2 secs to charge, and in that time the other player most likely has moved.
But you are right he missed a few chances. The fireball at 2:58 was perfect range, and he had been sitting there charging.

Not sure why Lord DVD doesn't punish the fireball spam with his ultra.
