BAD JOKE BILL, he's the man with the mullet! He's "THAT" guy.......ya know what I mean? "THAT" guy at the office or you bump into at the mall that is NEVER too busy to stop and chat......no matter how busy you are.

His jokes are bad, REALLY bad. So bad in fact that they are actually funny.
