The reason Katie didn't ask Obama the same questions as she asked Palin is because Obama has already demonstrated knowlegeability on those issues. Obama's position on foreign policy and the ecconomy was already known and tested. Palin had to establish that she could match Obama's rediness on those issues and she failed to do that.

Chemistry? Good heavens. Katie, how about some meaningful questions? Why didn't you ask him about other potential vice presidential candidates? He won after all - I think he gets to choose. What about issues he will face other than personalities? A waste of Barack's time ands a waste of the viewing audience's time. This whole interview represents the weak state of contemporary American mainstream journalism.
