TV9 - KANNADA JACKIE CELEBRATES 50 DAYS

Jackie has completed 50 days and is still running house full in some theatres. On 2nd December afternoon, people from different places gathered near BES college in Jayanagar 3rd Block to see super power star Puneeth Rajkumar inaugurating 'Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar Sene'.The fans had urged him to inaugurate a sene (force) in the name of Puneeth Rajkumar to attack video and audio pirates and punish them if needed. Puneeth Rajkumar donated a three-wheeler to a handicapped person and also gave away books and bags to three students on this occasion.Speaking on Jackie celebrating 50 days, Puneeth Rajkumar said, "It is because of you that the film has become a hit. I will continue to strive for such good films." He also urged for the encouragement and support of Kannada films.Yogaraj Bhat, the No. 1 director today in Kannada cinema, said "This success is possible only because of you all." Director Soori of Jackie said his responsibility has increased after making this hit film.Puneeth Rajkumar cut a huge cake and received a huge garland besides a wonderful welcome. The President of the newly formed Puneeth Rajkumar Samara Sene, R. Chandrasekhar and his colleagues Ranganath, Ravi, Raghavendra and others, were also present.

I am Tamzhil and just have minimal knowledge of Kannada... but I enjoyed the songs in this film and watched them repeatedly. I can understand the hardwork and creativity in the movie... An excellent direction, music and nice acting. Hope to see a lot of Kannada movies like this one and let us prove south is no less than any bollywood movies !!
