This was my once in a lifetime chance to visit the grounds inside and out of John Lennon's "Beatle" home from July 1964 to Dec 1968. I still felt John's spirit throughout the house especially in his attic studio. Located in the upscale St. George's Hill in Weybridge Surrey.

  • Not trespassing if you get permission (which i did). I happened to stop by the house on one of my trips to London and the gate was opened. I asked the owner if he would mind me shooting a video since they were remodeling the whole house and he said okay. It was being at the right place and the right time. It can never happen again.

  • What an absolute treasure! It was so nice "walking" through John's old home. It gave me a feel of what it was kind of like for him. Thank you so much for sharing this intimate tour of John's home. It certainly made my week!

  • look at video called surprise surprise where john and yoko are singing its at the side of this house

  • Great video. It seems like the current owner is on a mission to erase all traces of John lennon from K,wood. Is he totally ignorant of the history of the house?Probably. But destroying as much cultural heritage as possible is normal in UK.In this house,it could be said with no exaggeration, was concieved songs & ideas that caused a revolution in Western culture of the 20th century. Is that not worth preserving?Obviously not.Nobody gives a fuck in the UK.George's house nearby was long ago demolished

  • This is amazing! I cannot believe you had this opportunity! Very jealous.

  • so THIS was the misery he had to escape, the dreaded Stockbroker Belt?!

  • Paul would visit John at Kenwood most afternoons for a songwriting session.

  • Yeah think of the songs written in this house!!!!! I never realized how big the place was, great post thanks !

  • You lucky duck.

  • anyone catch a glimpse of the red and white psychedelic circus ceiling? laying right there in his acid drenched mind is where john came up with "for the benefit of Mister Kite" lots of acid adventures were taken within and outside of these walls

  • @TheHartlepoolgirl hahaha!
