This is nothing new. The conflict between the states and the national government has been going on since the founding of the republic. It is not unthinkable that a state governor would refuse to follow the wishes of the President. It has happened numerous times in the history of the United States and it will happen again. Shared sovereignty is the very definition of a federal system of government and this was the system given to us in the U.S. Constitution.

Its obvious what we call united states or america will not exist within the next 50 years; not even 20 years. War, disease, femine, natural disasters, and ultimately the complete breakdown of the US dollar and banking system. The dollar wont be worth the paper its printed on. Gold and silver will be the standard. Oil will be of very little value as the use of combustion engines will be no more. Even the water you wont even want to touch it, smell it or bath in it.
