Uh, well that's pretty simple.
In order to really be creative you have to go out of your boundaries and drugs simply make it much more easy too. Sure, you don't have too do drugs to be creative. But, Ive seen paintings and drawings done by people on drugs or off and IMO the stuff done by people on drugs is usually more away from the traditional style of human art. Which really isn't creativity is it? If everyone is borrowing things or copying things from other artists.

@rapidd9 its not creativity that comes from weed, its a different way of thinking. it opens your mind to think in ways you wouldnt normally. what could be one person high could be another person sober.
