I remember playing virtua fighter kids for sega saturn.
Never got into virtua fighter competitively, just seems like a staggering number of moves you have to memorize, my brain is already crammed full of enough useless stuff lol

FUUDO is great!

@deathxblade I used to main Akira since the original VF, but I recently (2 weeks ago) decided after a long time away from VF to switch to someone new. So now I'm learning Brad and really like him a lot. I love his ability to flow like water from almost any angle.

@deathxblade I agree the balance in VF is the top for fighting games in my opinion. It's the reason I think it's the best fighting series ever (regardless of 2D/3D). No supers, no combo counters, no ultra combos, just moves, and balance throughout the whole game.
You can go to a tournament, and know that any character can absolutely win it.

was this for 360?

Akira has moves a lot of people can't perform. I am one of those people. Then again, even if I DID have the execution required, I'd still play Vanessa.

@LobeliaM72 now I see what you're saying... it's true. Akira has moves that I actually can't perform

@LobeliaM72 I disagree. whether people like tiers or not, they're there a reason-- certain characters just have better tools at their disposal.
winning with lower-tier characters can be done but there's more effort and skill involved.
nasty....
i love how the finalist are both low ranked chars too, gotta love VF's amazing balance.
too bad NO ONE was brad (my main) :*(

I'm aware of what tiers are. In Virtua Fighter, however, judging a player by the tier of his character is extremely ignorant. Akira Yuki is high-tier, so does that mean he's easier to win with than the bottom-tier Sarah Bryant?
(protip: Akira is the hardest character in any fighting game ever)
