Court Social Workers are declared "dangerous".

It is no defence to say "don't show this", "don' record this". The govt inspectors are saying that CAFCASS are failing.

Let's face it the only thing that cafcass are good at is lying and making up their report.

Jumped up little morons who have no idea what constitutes child abuse or child care.

Ask a cafcass officer what's in a child's best interest and they will say " contact with an abusive parent" and "no contact with a good parent".

They assume that contact with both parents is best for the child. They don't judge each case, the family court is just a sausage machine. That's why it's all held in secret. These family courts are kangeroo courts and they are a danger to children. And the government don't give a toss. Shameful!

@inmepete So, in that case what would you consider the case of poor little baby "p" as a massive media smear.....Get real!!!!! Social workers, are either two sceptical, two young & inexperienced in/of life, or, have many agendas of their own, which, have to meet their own social agenda. Many so called social workers are no more than ""kids"" themselvs & patronising ones , at that.

@UKSecretCourts Yes but they have an Article that sends you to prison if you post info online or speak to a journo whilst case is bing heard...Mine is over. I now have no gag. Three years has educated me. House of Commons EDMs signed by hundreds of suits to have OPEN Courts. I do not agree, trauma to kids, SS can give no reason why this is happening to them and its terrifying without worrying your mates will know. I believe NAME AND SHAME.

Someone here defending SocWrkrs; posted an assumption of what ppl see & hear in "media" - my perception is totally differs from what they accuse others of perceiving - I don't see much in media abt abuses Soc Wrkrs commit bc LAMESTREAM MEDIA in bed w Big Gov whom Soc Wrkrs work for....Soc Wrkrs R satan's workers, they say they doin good, to defend their paychecks & raises & Gov perks, not care abt human rights, they destroy more lives than help, In my humble-ass opinion!!!

im in the middle of a social services attack on my family done through the courts all based on lies. the first thing they did was knock up a document forbidding me talking about this online. their whole case is built on the lie's of a woman who's whole family have serious mental issue's. SS direction has had this family suffer abuse for 30 some yrs. how dare they say i am failing after what they have done to my son and his mother.

Covert telephone Recording Was used in Family Court Yesterday 20-10-2010 Proving Social Worker Lied to the Judge.... I HAVE used Covert Recordings as recently as 2008. Know your rights...
