Where did you get yours from? I got mine from SAms was a good deal at the time since that particular model was hard to find. Bah either way im giving this to my dad and going back to iron free weights!

If you have the time now, can you still please give me the measurements of the bio force bench (since it's not made anymore and even bio force doesn't have any information on it - surprising - huh?). Aslo of you can please let me knwo hom many positions it adjuts ointo and if the becnh connects or just sldies against the bio force after you revoe the seat?

The bench has many position and has a knob that you pull outwards to release the lock and then lift the back rest easily. To connect the bench you 1st need to slide in this groove attatchment that has a little metal notch that will tell you its connected. The measurements I'll get to you when i get home thanks!

I appreciate your sending me the measuremtns of the becnh (whe you have a moment) as well as can you let me know how many positions it adjusts into and does it connect directly to the Bio Force or just sldies into where the seat is?

Yes I can give you this info once i get off from work! I might work out on my bioforce today too! hehe
