@tojwonkle Must be the sound on Youtube combined with the ultra low guitar volume that gives the illusion of a TS :) Anyway it sounds very good in this clip. Good work!

what kind of transistors did you use and what are the serial numbers (like 2n.......) want to build my own using Silicon based. Keep Music Alive!!!!!!

@TheKeithProject they are a pair of AC127s, can't really remember much else about them though, it was a while ago now when i built it, and it stopped working and I couldn't get it going again so haven't used it in ages either

What circuit is this? Is it a TS clone? Or something else? Sounds very TS like :)

@espensl it was supposed to be a fuzz face clone, but I couldn't find all the exact right parts and it's wired in reverse polarity so it's an original circuit based on a fuzz face. Tbh I don't think it sounds like a TS at all, it's much more buzzy and fuzzy but it can still get some nice overdrive tones by turning the guitar's volume pot down.
