@TheSpackles As someone who has been through 4 regionally different colleges and as a student teacher, I would have to say your statement is Idealistic. Too often is it politically oriented. In a perfect world you may make sense but your in a fantasy land dude.The real world doesn't work that way. I have always achieved more from classes that required performance and persistence over book studies. Studying is not performance and is not sufficient enough for training new competencies.

preparing for a test is vital in order to earn a passing grade.the testing of knowledge is crucial in the process of learning new information.it be that some people do not want to spend time studying for theirs.this is because sometimes are children want to play or mess with are homework.i would tell those people to kick their kids outside and let them be playing while you do your homework study for your test and what ever you might want to do on the day you dont have to go to school.
