GTA 4 - The Zombie Attack Series 3: Armageddon: Episode 7

Without anyone's knowing, one of the survivors has been secretly working for Kurt for the last 3 years. Kurt finally revealed who it was, and surprisingly, it was Manny. Apparently, when Manny took the cure 3 years ago that Josh gave him, it actually is just a temporary cure. The Procassium inside Manny's body has been building up inside of him for all this time, so he is just as strong if not stronger than a berserker. Kurt has used Manny as his secret weapon, and has exploited Josh's only weakness: the care for his friends. Kurt knew Josh would never be able to kill his own, thus Manny would end up killing Josh in the process. Forced to retreat and leave Manny behind to his horrible fate, the survivors must find a way to see if it is even possible to change Manny back, and Josh is willing to do anything to help his friend in distress...
