they are adding this and the NDAA so it will be acceptable to the "trained" public when they round UP all us that will not be re educated.... @cincyblows Forgot to reply to you. I don't think any of these laws are to be used right now. However! if there ever was some major issue where civil unrest was likely these laws could be used to "pacify" some people the gov. viewed as bad for business.
Some of the folks on Youtube that qualify as prepers would such people. Just my opinion.

@cincyblows Thanks! At the end of the day I think it is wise for prolonged freedom if we discourage laws like HR 3166.

@ElCoyotefromTexas Great question. I assume US citizens who have guns, food and ammo scare the liberals. Whereas, they are fine with terrorists as long as they are in another country only shooting our troops...
