The serial bombs blasted at the Mali-N'Mai Zup (Myitsone) dam project of Mali Hka (Irrawaddy River) in Northern Burma on April 17, 2010. Locals said the blasts killed four and injured over a dozen who were Chinese workers in China state-owned China Power Investment Corporation (CPI). Thirteen days after the blast (May 1), the Burmese junta released the relocation order of native Kachin villages in the dam site. The bomb plotters are not identified by the junta.
